Zhejiang GELUOBO Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2012, is a subsidiary of Zhendong Group Co., Ltd. specializing in R&D, design, production and sales of automotive automatic transmission clutch gear hub and other core parts enterprises. The main products are clutch bracket, planetary gear bracket, sun wheel assembly and gear hub, which are widely used in the production of stepless transmission (CVT), automatic transmission (AT), dual-clutch transmission (DCT), hybrid transmission (DHT) and pure electric transmission (EV).
The company has invested nearly 500 million yuan to introduce the most advanced clutch hub forming production line from GROB in Switzerland, Leifeld vertical spinning machine in Germany, PTR electron beam welding machine in Germany, Makino processing center in Japan and Doosan in South Korea, nitrocarburizing furnace and other equipment. It has formed an annual production capacity of 4 million pieces (sets).
