China's most influential exchange and display platform for powertrain technologies

At present, automotive powertrain technologies are rapidly advancing toward deeper innovation in areas such as advanced materials, intelligent and connected control, and software-defined systems. Meanwhile, disruptive technologies including solid-state batteries, axial-flux motors, and cross-domain integration are steadily approaching critical milestones for industrialization.

Against this backdrop, the 18th International Automotive Powertrain Technology Annual Conference (TMC 2026) will be held on July 9–10, 2026, in Nantong, Jiangsu Province, China. Focusing on the forefront of technological development, the conference will conduct in-depth discussions across the entire powertrain value chain—from motor materials, power semiconductors, and domain controllers to electric drive and hybrid systems, as well as intelligent collaborative control with chassis systems and distributed drive technologies.

Through in-depth technology showcases, targeted business matchmaking, and strategic brand communication, TMC 2026 aims to accelerate technological breakthroughs and strengthen collaboration across the automotive powertrain ecosystem.

The conference is expected to feature over 200 industry leaders, technical experts, and senior executives as speakers, while welcoming approximately 190 companies to present their latest products and solutions. Around 3,000 professional attendees from across the industry value chain are anticipated, making TMC 2026 a premier platform for high-level technical exchange, idea sharing, and business collaboration.

The largest e-powertrain exhibition in China

Held in parallel with the conference, the Powertrain Technology Exhibition will host 190 leading companies from around the world, presenting cutting-edge technologies, products, and solutions across both passenger and commercial vehicle powertrain sectors. The exhibition serves as a premium international platform for global OEMs and suppliers across the entire value chain—including powertrain systems, electric drives and motors, power semiconductors, electronic controls, core components, advanced materials, manufacturing equipment, and engineering services—to connect, exchange insights, and develop new business opportunities.

Designed with efficiency and engagement in mind, the exhibition experience goes beyond traditional booth displays. A dedicated “Technology Innovation Corridor” will guide attendees directly from the conference sessions into the exhibition area, ensuring strong traffic flow, enhanced visibility, and meaningful interaction between exhibitors and professional visitors. The exhibition layout follows a system-oriented zoning concept with value-chain adjacency, enabling international exhibitors to be positioned alongside upstream and downstream partners for more effective networking and collaboration.

The exhibition is expected to attract approximately 3,000 professional visitors from across the global automotive powertrain ecosystem and receive extensive coverage from over 40 international and domestic media outlets, offering overseas exhibitors strong brand exposure and direct access to key decision-makers in the industry.
