ATESTEO Gear Research Center (China) Co., Ltd established in 2006, is located in No. 11 Anzhi Street Suzhou Industrial Park in Jiangsu province, which is the first testing center operated by ATESTEO Group in China. Innovation Highlights

GRC can provide a test environment that simulates a complete vehicle, which includes the front and rear EDS, booster and charging systems, battery pack, thermal management system, rapid prototyping system, and is equipped with a battery protection box, high-power AC and DC charging piles, charging simulators, power grid simulators, A2L loads, and other devices. This allows for the functional, power, and economic validation of the vehicle system on the test bench and effectively simulates the performance of the EDS and various components in a real vehicle environment.

High-speed Testing System

Innovation Highlights

GRC high-speed test bench is equipped with a high power density, small center distance, low inertia permanent magnet synchronous motor. The stator and rotor are directly cooled by coolant, supporting continuous operation at high speed and high torque under S1 working conditions. The high-precision shaft system and specially designed base system ensure low vibration operation of the motor across the entire speed range. Based on Geely's independently developed dual-range torque sensor and rotor temperature remote measurement system, accurate measurements of speed, torque, and rotor temperature are achieved.
