Innovation Highlights

The independently developed special amorphous single-layer ribbon applied to amorphous motors can achieve customized production with a thickness of 20-30μm, a width of up to 300mm, and the loss is much lower than that of silicon steel materials, meeting the diverse needs of motors. The material composition, magnetic domains, and magnetic properties are adjusted specifically to achieve a 2% improvement in motor efficiency. The plate type and surface quality are stable and controllable, meeting the requirements of continuous production of multi-layer composite bonding.

Special Multi-layer Ribbon for Amorphous Motors

Innovation Highlights

The independently developed special amorphous multi-layer ribbon applied to amorphous motors solves the industrial problem of composite bonding of amorphous materials, meets the requirements of continuous stamping production of amorphous stator and rotor laminations, and can achieve customized thickness from 0.10mm to 0.28mm, greatly improving the stamping production efficiency. The width of the amorphous multi-layer tape can reach 300mm, meeting the diverse requirements of motor sizes. The lamination factor and plate type meet the requirements of motors, and it can be used to produce amorphous motor stator and rotor products with a lamination factor of ≥ 90%.
