Innovation HighlightsThe NVH EOL TAMS system is a production quality testing, analysis, and management system for the NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) of automotive rotating components. This system consists of a sensor assembly, a data acquisition front end, and an NVH master control testing, analysis, and management software package. It is designed with professional digital signal analysis algorithms and modules, self-developed acceleration sensors with high stability and high frequency response, a complete evaluation system and a fault warning code system for failure modes, a consistent automatic reporting mode, two methods including traditional self-learning and AI self-learning, as well as customizable report and reporting functions, etc.

Tuozhi and dedicated to the production line. It meets the requirement of a frequency response of 12Khz, has a good system vibration isolation rate, and a high linearity of the main spring stiffness. It is of the IEPE type and does not require a charge amplifier. With ceramic insulation at the top, it has excellent anti-interference performance. The sample has successfully completed more than 150,000 compression durability tests without any plastic deformation or tearing. Currently, it has been applied in the End-of-Line (EOL) tests of multiple industries, such as the robot joint modules, high-speed reduction gearboxes of automotive electric drives, and electric drive assemblies.
