Innovation Highlights

Based on the AC traction motor control technology of CRRC rail transit for more than 60 years and the independent 800V high voltage SiC module of CRRC Corporation, Hunan CRRC Times Electric Drive Technology Co., Ltd. has developed a new 800V high voltage drive technology in line with the application scenarios of passenger cars in combination with its own precipitation and accumulation of more than 20 years in the field of passenger cars. Based on the top-level system planning technology, combined with the understanding of the application road scene and vehicle architecture, the topology optimization of the assembly system is realized, realizing the joint improvement of high efficiency, lightweight, NVH, safety, reliability and other points. Deep data mining technology is adopted, statistical analysis is made based on K-MEANS for domestic vehicles, and the working condition characteristics are extracted as system input, laying a foundation for the improvement of system reliability, working condition efficiency and NVH performance. When the optimization technology of stray inductance of the main circuit is adopted, based on the multiple system optimization of the device itself and the circuit topology, the coupling path of key devices of the main circuit is simplified, the optimization of stray inductance of the main circuit is realized, the stray inductance of the system is no more than 16 nH, and the electronic control efficiency is effectively improved. Using "source-end" soft decoding optimization technology, by optimizing the rotary excitation and signal sampling circuit boost the accuracy of the signal source, combined with high speed motor soft decoding intelligent control algorithm, improve system soft decoding anti-interference ability and robustness, reduce the cost at the same time optimize the decoding accuracy, meet the high voltage high frequency environment motor 0~20000rpm reliable stable decoding. Using autonomous high-voltage SiC module, the "assembly-module" intelligent cooling technology with high flexibility and high coupling degree is adopted to greatly improve the thermal performance of the module and further improve the switching frequency; the switching frequency is increased from 12 kHz to 20 kHz; while the switching frequency is increased, multi-objective switching frequency is optimized to realize the optimal control of system efficiency / switching frequency, and the maximum efficiency of electronic control is increased from 98% to 99.5%. Based on the global stress boundary application technology of devices, the digital virtual prototype uses the fine design of the drive and protection circuit. Through the WorstCase analysis of the circuit parameters, the innovative design of the drive circuit ensures the reliable and efficient protection of the system. Using the new generation of EMC control technology, by optimizing the design of high-frequency circuit and reducing the stray inductance parameters, the switching oscillation amplitude and ringing series are reduced, and the interference source noise level is reduced. Combined with the compact filter components with wide adaptive topology structure independently designed and developed by CRRC, the EMC level can reach Class 5.
