SYKORE Semiconductor specializes in R&D and production of third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide (SiC) automotive-grade power modules, serving both automakers and Tier 1 xEV manufacturers。SYKORE Semiconductor was jointly established by Li Auto and Hunan Sanan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. in Y2022, with a total investment of 500 million RMB and capacity of 800K Three-Phase per Year. Mass production started from May’2025 together with Li-AUTO i series new cars, with an initial production capacity of 400,000 Three-Phase modules per year, shipments exceeded 150,000 modules until middle of May'2026.
